Mr. Alex Arreaza is the founding member of the Arreaza Law Firm LLC. He along  with his family came from Venezuela in 1968. In 1983 He received his AA degree from Broward Community college in Davie Fl. In 1985 Mr. Arreaza obtained a bachelors in science (B.S) in the field of criminology. In 1989  He obtained his J.D. from what is now called Nova southeastern school of law. In 9994 Mr. Arreaza was admitted to the Florida and opened his practice. Since then Mr. Arreaza began has built what he calls a different type of law firm. A law firm dedicated to helping his clients get through the difficult times life can throw at a person. Today Mr. Arreaza is married to Meylin Arreaza and is the father of Alejandro and Abel Arreaza.

Mr. Arreaza began his work in bankruptcy in order to help his clients that had suffered problems resulting in financial crisis. Problems like loss of jobs, hospital bills caused by sickness, Lawsuits, Garnishment of wages, uncontrollable credit card bills,  rising mortgages resulting in foreclosure. These problems can result in tension between family members, divorce and can in some cases result in individuals doing things out of desperation. In order to avoid the problems resulting in any of the above our law firm began exploring the option of bankruptcy. We began with simple situations. Excessive credit cards. That lead to more complicated problems dealing with modification of mortgages and stopping foreclosures. Once of the things that I as an attorney try to do different is to use all the available technology to improve our service to you the client. One example of this is doing our client interviews through skype. In many instances the you may not be able to come to the office or may have all your documents at home. We set up visits through skype this allows the my client and I to have a face to face. This is important because the telephone could be quite inpersonal and clients have a difficult time trusting the security of the line. We can also do telephone interviews if you do not have skype capability. We set the files in such a weay that we can everything to the client by email or keep it on a thumb drive for them so the don’t have to carry a bulky paper file.
