The answer to getting out of debt begins here
The Arreaze Law Firm first opened its doors in 1994 with a vision. That vision was to provided quality legal representation for an affordable price. The firms main office is Wilton Manor, Fl. The physical location is Oakland Park Blvd three blocks west of Andrew. It is accessable from any direction. It is ten minutes from the federal courthouse where the bankruptcy court is located. This makes it easy to meet whether you live to the North or South.
The staff of the Arreaza Law Firm is fully bilingual so there is not need to bring additional interpreters that you have to share personal information with. When you as the client begin your bankruptcy case with us the first thing we do is to help you begin gathering the required personal and financial information. We give you two options we let you take the intake sheet home with you or one we set an office appointment so you could have one of our staff mebers help with the intake sheet. In addition to giving us the information you will also be required to bring other documentation. We will also help you organize those documents by going through the documents with you. Once that is done you will be told about the financial you will have to take before and after. The staff member will help you find on e the many online classes that could help you meet this pre-filing requirement. Once you choose a course you will be able to complete it at home or in our office.
Once the information is gathered we prepare the petition then set up an appointment to go over it with you to make sure there are no mistakes. Once the client says everything is correct then we start the process to file. This is done electronically. Once of our staff members will let you know when the court gives us a date for the initial 341 meeting. After you get this date the office sets an appointment to go over the coming process with you. One of the things we do is to do a practice run of the 341 meeting that you will have to go through. This practice run allows the individual to get understand what the will be facing in the forms of questions so the person will be ready. This allows the individual to be calm the day of the actual meeting.
At the meeting Mr. Arreaza will be with you. Whatever corrections the trustee want the office to make will be told to you and Mr. Arreaza the day of the meeting. We pride ourselves on getting it right the first time but if it is necessary to collect additional information we will be there to help us every step of the way.
What makes us different is that we walk you through every stage, making the process easier to deal with. At our law firm our first priority is you the client. Let our experience work for you.
